Refund policy
Herfit is designed to be a game changer BUT if you change your mind for any reason, NO WORRIES you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item, we do however reserve the right to to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14 day grace period.
- Herfit does not offer exchanges.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, it must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged or unaltered in any way, with original labels and tags attached in the same location when received.
- If we receive any items that have signs of odor, wear or damage we reserve the right to deny further exchange or refund on returned items upon return.
- Please ensure that the items you are returning are packaged adequately to ensure that it is not damaged during return to our facility.
- For all domestic orders, Herfit does not cover the return postage, however, our system will automatically generate your label and deduct the shipping fee from your refund, shipping is nonrefundable.
- Once your return package is received and approved, an email notification from our team will be sent as soon as the return has been processed.
RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?
- We are so sorry that you received a faulty item.

Please contact our customer service at noel@herfit.com and provide photo evidence and fault and we will work quickly to get this resolved for you.
- Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time.
- Any claims for items arriving damaged must be made within 7 days of delivery date.
HOW TO SEND A RETURN ITEM

- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping will be deducted from your refund if a refund is granted.
- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
